Notorious Nigerian Drug Trafficker Deported Twice From Kenya, Arrested There Again

A Nigerian who was deported from Kenya twice for drug trafficking has been arrested in Nairobi again. Emmanuel Peter Inobemhe was arrested in Obama estate in Eastlands on Wednesday by police after a tip off. He has since been handed over to Anti-Terror Police Unit for interrogation following claims he had been in touch with elements on the police radar over terrorism activities.

Kayole police boss Ali Nuno said he had realized Inobemhe had been deported twice from Kenya over drug issues and wondered how he managed to sneak back. “He says he used Namanga border on both occasions and that is what we want to know how and why. He had been deported in June 2013 before he sneaked back four months later,” said Nuno.

Nuno said Inobemhe was again deported in November 2013 after he was charged in court with drug trafficking and possession. It is not clear when he sneaked back again for the second time.

In September 2013, four months after his first deportation, Inobemhe was arrested in Nairobi’s Donholm alongside Virginia Wakini Wangeci for allegedly possessing 425 sachets of heroin with a market value of Sh85,000.

He was then also charged with being in the country illegally.  The suspect was produced in court Thursday where police asked for more time to investigate his activities.

Inobemhe was among a host of foreigners and specifically Nigerians who were deported from Kenya including Antony Chinedu over narcotics trafficking. The arrest came amid reports that a number of deportees had sneaked back into the country. An immigration official, Mr Edward Kabiu Njau was in September 2013 charged with allowing back prohibited immigrant Anaeke Chimenze, who was among the deportees.

Photo: Cristiano Ronaldo’s £15m Jet Crash Lands At Airport

Cristiano Ronaldo will be grounded for the foreseeable future after the superstar's private jet crashed on landing at Barcelona's El Prat airport.

The Portuguese is about to get a bumper new contract from Real Madrid, and that payrise will come in handy as he prepares for a monster repair bill after the incident on Monday evening.

Eyewitnesses report that the plane's landing gear broke on impact with the runway, forcing emergency services into action. One of the runways at El Prat was closed for a short time after the incident, in which nobody was hurt but the pilot was attended to for very minor injuries.

Ronaldo bought the Gulfstream G200 last year for some £15million, and sometimes leases his plane out for private clients.

Sources close to the Ballon d'Or favourite told MirrorFootball: "The plane is normally rented by companies and it was in use by one of them.

"Cristiano Ronaldo, his family or friends were not on the plane. The incident had no major consequences.

70-Year Old Rapes Best Friend’s 9-Year Old Daughter, Gives Her Staphylococcus Aureus

A 70-year-old Moses Okon of Ikot Eyo Street, Calabar, Cross River State, is now cooling his feet at the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, CIID, Police Headquarters, Calabar, over the rape of his best friend’s daughter, aged nine.

It was gathered that Mr. Okon, popularly known as Oyibo, and the victim’s father, one Mr. David Ekong, have been friends for more than a decade.

Vanguard learned that the victim (names withheld) had been living with Oyibo for some time with the approval of her father, who took custody of the victim after divorcing the mother. An eyewitness, who pleaded anonymity, told Vanguard that the relationship between Oyibo and his friend turned sour when he discovered that his best friend had been sleeping with his nine years old daughter.

The eyewitness added: “He has been doing it for long. The girl told us that Oyibo has done it three times to her. She said the last time, he gave her N20 and begged her not to tell anyone before pulling off her pants, closing her mouth with his hands and raping her.”

The suspect was earlier arrested by the State Housing Police Station and released, but after much pressure by Basic Rights Counsel, a child rights organisation, the matter is being handled directly by the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ozi-Obeh Jimoh.

In a medical report Vanguard obtained, the victim was diagnosed to have been infected with Staphylococcus Aureus. “Patient in painful distress, yielded few growth of Staphylococcus aureus after 24 hours, walking funny, vulva inflammation, signs of obvious bruising, presence of semen in private part, hymen is broken,” the medical report read in part.

When contacted, the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Jimoh, confirmed that they have arrested Okon and he will be charged to court today. His words: “It is true. A case like that was reported to us and the medical examination and report has proved that there was defilement. The man will be charged to court tomorrow (today).”
Photos: 55-Year Old Oil Tycoon Surprises Teenage Bride With A £830k Bentley
A 55-year-old oil tycoon has bought his teenage model wife a luxury Bentley car as a surprise present. Valentin Romanov, head of the Singapore office of the state-owned Russian oil company Lukoil, married Elizaveta Adamenko, 18, in the French Cote d'Azur in July.

The stunning teen - who prefers to be called Liza - is pictured wearing white sunglasses and showing off her long legs on the bonnet of the white Bentley Continental GT V8.

The luxury car is worth about 10 million RUB (£830,000) but experts say the price in Singapore could be much higher due to high taxes on registering the vehicle.

The couple's controversial romance allegedly started more than three years ago after Miss Adamenko left her Siberian hometown of Kansk in central Russia's Krasnoyarsk Krai region.

Russian publication Prospekt Mira reported the pair had started dating when Miss Adamenko was 14.

The age of sexual consent in Russia, as well as in Singapore where the couple live, is 16 years.

But the fact that their relationship was potentially unlawful and could have ended in jail for Mr Romanov did not keep them apart.

In July this year they married at the Chateau Saint Jeannet, a famous castle and upmarket wedding venue, near the beautiful village of Vence on the French Riviera.

Pictures on social media show the young model who has posed for Vanity Fair, showing off the car, as well as with her husband at glamorous locations around the world.

It’s Time For Nigeria To Have A Female Governor- Obasanjo

At the book presentation of “Nigerian Women Pioneers and Icons” written by Prof. Bolanle Awe, the first female lecturer in Nigeria, held at the MUSON Centre in Lagos today, Nigeria’s former President, Olusegun Obasanjo disclosed that it was time Nigeria had a first elected female governor to pilot the affairs of a state in the country.

“This is the time for women to reap the labour of these great women of the past,” he said, adding that women in Nigeria were doing extremely well and should be allowed greater involvement in the affairs of the nation. Obasanjo, who was represented by Dr. Femi Majekodunmi said apart from physical strength which men excelled the women, the female folks were seriously competing with men in other areas and that he believed that it was time the nation produced elected governors.

“Women are patient, women persevered; they are now in many areas. Soon, we will be having elected women governors in Nigeria and soon, women will take over,” he said.

Deputy Governor of Osun State, Grace Laoye-Tomori said many of the women chronicled in the book had done exploit in their chosen field and could be likened to what Hilary Clinton was doing in the United States.

“This book should serve as reference point to our young girls. They have no reason not to do better than these women. This book must be in the school libraries an all state governments should have it,” she said.

Saudi Arabia Arrests Teenage Youtube Star Over 'Enticing' Videos With Female American Blogger

Saudi Arabia has arrested a teenage boy on charges of “unethical behaviour” after appearing in online video chats with an American vlogger.

Police claimed the videos shared on YouNow by Abu Sin and Christina Crockett, who lives in California, were “enticing” and invited “negative attention” from viewers around the world.

The videos were originally shown live on the social streaming site but have since been broadcast on YouTube, receiving hundreds of thousands of views.

The humorous clips show Abu Sin and Christina, 21, chatting from their homes in California and Saudi Arabia, battling language differences between English and Arabic and jokingly declaring their love for one another.

In one, Abu Sin – whose nickname translates as “toothless” – dons a traditional Saudi headdress and sings Christina a traditional song before asking her to marry him.

Police in Riyadh detained Abu Sin on Sunday while he was driving with two friends, with the arrest accidentally broadcast live on YouNow as he chatted with another user from Kuwait.

The footage showed police pulling up behind the car and the teenager approaching officers, before friends tell the camera police have an arrest warrant, according to a translation byFrance24.

Colonel Fawaz Al-Mayman, a spokesperson for Riyadh police, said Abu Sin was arrested for “unethical behaviour”.

“His videos received many comments and many of the commenters of the general public demanded for him to be punished for his actions,” he added, according to the Saudi Gazette.

“The two of them [Abu Sin and Christina] composed enticing videos which received thousands of
followers and viewers from all over the world within a short period of time.

“Most of the viewers were from the Arab world. Abu Sin, nicknamed for his projecting tooth, became famous and received negative attention.”

A Saudi lawyer told the Okaz newspaper the videos breach the country’s interpretation of Sharia law and internet regulations, meaning Abu Sin could face up to three years in prison.

Meet Iraqi Gran Who Beheads ISIS Fighters & Cook Their HEADS

No time, I just love this woman big time. When you kill her first husband, then the second one too, her father, three brothers and all her animals? Then you should expect this too! So a machete and gun-wielding Iraqi grandmother has reportedly boasted of beheading ISIS fighters and cooking their heads.

And if you doubt Wahida Mohamed, 39, she says: "This is all documented. You can see it on my Facebook page."

Wahida, aka Um Hanadi, is said to brag that she is "more wanted than the Prime Minister" by the terrorist group. She reportedly leads a force of 70 male fighters in the town of Shirqat, 50 miles south of the Iraqi city of Mosul.

In an interview with CNN, Um Hanadi revealed she had received death threats from the top leadership of Islamic State, including from Abu Bakr (al-Baghdadi).

She also detailed the times terrorists have planted car bombs outside her home since she began fighting the al Qaeda terrorists in 2004.

"2006, 2009, 2010, three car bombs in 2013 and in 2014," she told CNN , adding she had shrapnel in her head and legs.

Her first and second husbands were killed in action while ISIS also killed her father and three brothers, sheep, dogs and birds, the broadcaster said .

She told the network of her battles with ISIS: "I fought them. I beheaded them.

"I cooked their heads, I burned their bodies.

]"This is all documented. You can see it on my Facebook page," she added.

The page featured photos of her holding a severed head as well as others showing severed heads in a cooking pot and standing among burned corpses.

However, CNN said it was impossible to verify if the photos were authentic.

She had two daughters, aged 22 and 20, who had their own children.

EDO: KOWA Calls For Cancellation Of Elections As LP, NNPP Objects

The KOWA Party has called for the cancellation of the Edo State gubernatorial election results following reports of violence and irregularities in certain areas.

KOWA’s agent at the INEC headquarters in Benin City, Thompson Osadolor had called for the cancellation following the commission’s cancellation of results in areas where ballot boxes were snatched or card readers not used for authentication.

He said that since it was obvious that such issues including the open inducement of voters at polling units occurred at different places, INEC should out rightly cancel the entire results and bar parties found culpable from contesting a new election.

His submission was however countered by agent of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) Joyce Edekere and her Labour Party counterpart.

According to Edekere, NNPP would not back the call for cancellation because it was unnecessary.

“We’re not joining the call for a cancellation of the elections because we think there’s no justification for such. The elections were fair and INEC gave direct answers to the questions that were raised about elections.”

Similarly, Labour Party said the elections were generally peaceful, free and fair, insisting that it was baseless to demand cancellation, considering the resources and time put into achieving the outcome.

Woman Breaks Record For Most Tattoos On The Body (Photos)

At age 67, Charlotte has proven that she is fearless of pain and needles as her body is exactly 91.5% covered in elaborate designs and colour.

A writer from Melbourne, Florida, she is a master of occupations- certified as a personal trainer and life coach.

Charlotte’s record-breaking story began a decade ago, when she started accumulating tattoos following her first professional tattoo in 2006.

This was done as a birthday gift for herself following the death of her husband – who was always opposed to body art.

From that very first splotch of ink, Charlotte's passion for tattoos spread like wildfire over her body.

Despite the near total coverage of her body, Charlotte still plans on adding tattoos to her rather interesting collection, the next being a piece of artwork on her head by Billy Haydock of Alternative Connections in Melbourne, Florida.

Charlotte says that she often gets plenty of attention for her inked skin.

Guber Polls: Oshiomhole Accuses Okowa, Wike Of Deploying Militants To Edo

Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole, has accused Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike and Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of deploying militants in Edo State to disrupt the governorship election.

He also alleged that the governors have raised N2b for Peoples Democratic Party (PDP candidate Osagie Ize-Iyamu “at a time they cannot pay salaries in their states.”
Oshiomhole said the APC was ready for a peaceful election and not violence.

He spoke when he received Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) National President Waheed Odusile.
Oshiomhole said he had raised the alarm about the decision of Okowa and Wike to make Edo ungovernable during the election and perpetrate violence by exporting militants from some of the South South states.

“As we speak, both governors have raised N2billion to give to Ize-Iyamu when they could not pay salaries in their states. They mobilised militants to Edo to register, preparatory to use them for violence in this election. We have eliminated violence in our elections here but in my election in 2007 PDP members killed three people at Oba primary school and brutalised hundreds of others. But there after we have ensured free and fair election in Edo State.

“But we have asked our people to be on the watch out, during the continuous voters registration exercise, many of them came into town and to my shock INEC registered many of them. But at least we were able to apprehend 13 and we handed them over to the police. During the same period in Etsako Central, they carried data capturing machines and turned private residence to registration centers. We did not take laws into our hand, we reported to the police.

“The guy whose house was being used, we reported to the police. We insisted that the police should charge them to court and after they did that they were granted them bail. And all these are PDP players.
In the course of distributing the PVCs last week at Igueben, Some PDP thugs came to forcibly hijack PVCs from the officer that was distributing them at a school in Igueben and he ran into the residence of the PDP leader. Those PVC cards were recovered by the DSS.

“As we speak many militants have been imported into Edo state and the security agents are aware of this. For us we are ready for the election but we know that PDP has perfected plans to unleash violence. If you watch their public pronouncements, Ize-Iyamu has talked about cancellation and inconclusive elections.

“As we speak I do not know what has been done about the EO that made the data capturing machine available for illegal registration in private residence. We want a peaceful environment to be able to get our people out to vote” he said.
Eid-el-Kabir: Police To Deploy Officers To Praying Grounds, Shopping Malls In Abuja

The Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr. Mustafa Mohammed, on Tuesday said the command has concluded necessary arrangement to deploy plain cloths operatives, around praying ground, shopping malls, recreational centres, critical infrastructure and motor parks, to ensure hitch-free holidays.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, Anjuguri Manzah, on behalf of the commissioner in Abuja.

The statement read: “As part of security arrangement to ensure a hitch-free Eid-el-Kabir celebration in the FCT, the commissioner of police has ordered the massive deployment of plain-cloth and uniformed security operatives around praying grounds, shopping malls, gardens, recreational spots, critical infrastructures, motor parks and other areas that will be a beehive of activities while the event is been commemorated.”

This arrangement, the statement added includes the strategic deployment of personnel on foot and motorised patrols along all streets and major roads across FCT.

Mustafa, the statement revealed, had earlier issued a directive on the need for strategic coordination of officers and sister security agencies for the enthronement of peace in the territory.

“The FCT police boss enjoins residents to continue to partner the command by providing it with timely information about criminals and suspicious persons hibernating around their environment, through the command 24 hours emergency help-lines,” the statement added.

Abandoned 9-Month-Old Baby Found Crawling On Road In Lagos

Residents of Shodipo Crescent in the Ikeja Government Reserved Area of Lagos State were shocked on Wednesday to find an abandoned baby boy crawling on the road.

Punch Metro learnt that the nine-month-old baby, whose name had yet to be ascertained, was seen crawling by residents, who quickly alerted some policemen on patrol in the area.

Punch correspondents gathered that the child was picked up by the policemen and brought to the Lagos State Police Command headquarters, Ikeja.

The baby was thereafter taken for a checkup.

It was gathered that the nine-month-old was believed to have crawled out of his parents’ apartment, although no resident in the area had showed up for the baby boy.

A police source told Punch Metro that the child would remain in the police custody until his family showed up with concrete proofs of relationship.

She said, “We found the boy on Shodipo Crescent in the Ikeja GRA. He is about nine months old. He was found crawling on the road. Some residents thereafter alerted some policemen on patrol.

“The police team rescued the baby. So far, nobody has come up to claim the baby. He must have left the custody of his parents or guardian and that is how some children fall into the hands of kidnappers and ritual killers. He is still with us at the command headquarters.”

Landlord Evicts Tenants For Supporting APC

A landlord identified as Mr. David Agberemole has rendered at least 5 tenants in his house in Uzea Community in Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State homeless for supporting the All Progressives Congress, APC against the People’s Democratic Party PDP.

The tenants, Mr Sylvester Chukwuemeka, Okosun Christiana and Ogbeide Elizabeth who lamented their ordeal said they have suffered untold hardship from their landlord for not supporting the PDP which the landlord was sympathetic to.

One of the tenants, Okosun Christiana who spoke in her native dialect (Esan) said, “We don’t have any problem, just party differences, he told us he wanted everyone in the house to support PDP, because he is a member of the party, but i refused.

“I told him that i have been in APC for a very long time that even if the PDP is buying me a car I prefer to remain in the APC, and he said since that is my stand; I should consider myself evicted from his house”. She explained.

Also speaking, another of the evicted tenants Sylvester Chukwuemeka revealed that his rents were up to date, adding that the action of their landlord negates the principle of fair play and justice just because they refused to support the PDP.
“I don’t understand why the landlord will just decide to drive us out of his house because we are not supporting PDP. I pay my rent regularly and this is not fair to me.
“The state government should come to our aid because I don’t know when it became a crime to support a party.”

Chukwuemeka called on relevant authority to come to their aid just as the Acting Executive Chairman of Edo State Internal Revenue Service, Barr. Emmanuel Usoh has given the evicted tenants some bags of cement and money to build their own houses.

A 54-year-old woman, Idowu Olupinla, has been arrested by the police in Ogun State for allegedly operating a prostitution cartel with teenagers.

The woman, who is also a pastor and founder of Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Ijoko-Ota, Ogun State, was paraded alongside some of her victims at Eleweran Police Headquarters, Abeokuta.
She was arrested at her church premises on number 52,Okesina Street.
The police said she specialised in arranging male sex customers for the teenage girls, aged 14 to 16.

The police said three of the girls (names omitted) were rescued. The girls lived in the church premises with the woman.
The Commissioner of Police in Ogun, Ahmed Ilyasu, at a press briefing on Sunday said the victims had been taken to a hospital. He said the suspect would soon be charged to court for human trafficking and child abuse.

One of the victims, who spoke to Premium Times, said many of the girls were from broken homes and sought a place to stay before they were lured into prostitution by the woman.
The 16-year-old said she lived with Mrs. Olupinla for about a year along with about 9 other girls.

“We are about 10 with Mama, and she always arrange men for us to have sex,” she said. “She created apartment within the church premises, where the men sleep with us. We charge N500 per sex in which Mama will collect N300 and give us N200.”
She said each girl makes an average of about N1,500 per day inclusive of Mrs. Olupinla’s commission.
The teenager said many of the girls had multiple abortions so as to continue living in the church and that she has had 5 abortions.

The suspect, however denied the allegations. She said she only provided a place to live for the homeless girls.
